APPOINTMENT POLICIES

1.  We encourage cashless payments for all purchases made.

2.  Service fees are only refundable when purchases are made and will be deducted from total bill.

3.  Cancellations and time slot changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment time.

4.  Wearing a face mask in our store is mandatory. The store will provide face masks for our visitors who come into the store without one.

5.  All alterations will be delivered directly to you at your preferred location.

6.  To allow adequate preparation for each appointment, kindly select preferred looks prior to appointment time.

7.  Our phone and WhatsApp remote shopping services will continue to run during this period.
