Returns
- You have 10 business days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Shipment charges or import duties paid are non-refundable.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out the form below. Our customer service team will be in touch with you.
- Returns received outside the 10-day window may not be processed or may only qualify for store credit.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, with all labels intact, and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- A store credit will be issued for the value of the returned items, minus the cost of shipping.
