As we gear up for our much-anticipated Fall 25 launch, we want to keep you informed about a recent change in U.S. trade regulations that may affect your orders.

As you may have heard, the U.S. government has updated its de minimis rules. This means shipments to the U.S. may now be subject to customs duties and charges upon arrival.

What this means, is that to keep our delivery promise to you seamless (you order online, we deliver to your door), we are having to incur additional costs which is having a significant impact on us as an independent brand.

As such, we unfortunately will no longer be able to offer free shipping. This (hopefully) temporary change will support us in offsetting some of the costs that will allow us to honor our delivery promise and ensure your Christie Brown experience stays seamless.

Our team is closely monitoring these developments as the changes from the administration are fluid. We will provide consistent updates as the situation evolves.

  • Global Shipping: Partners with DHL Express and DHL Parcel to deliver to 220 global destinations.
  • Order Processing: Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 5-10 business days from the shipping date.
  • Fulfillment Hours: Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM GMT.
Delivery Flexibility
DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD): Allows you to make changes to your delivery while it’s in transit. Schedule delivery for another day. Remove the signature requirement.

  • Notification: DHL will contact you via SMS and/or email with the expected delivery date.
  • ODD Availability: If ODD is available in your area, the notification will include a link to the ODD site.
  • Tracking Information: Use the tracking (shipment waybill) number provided in the SMS and/or email.

  • Variable Costs: Shipping costs vary based on the final destination.
  • Exclusions: Prices displayed on the website do not include shipping, tax, and duties.

  • Carriers: All shipments are sent using DHL Express
  • Delivery Timeframe: Shipments are delivered within 5-10 days from the shipment date.
  • Pre-order Items: Notification via email when your pre-order is ready to be shipped.

    Once your order arrives at its destination, you may be required to pay import duties, customs and local sales taxes for where your shipping location. As we are unable to advise you on the exact cost for the taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before placing your order.   • If you refuse to pay customs and duty charges and reject the delivery, you may request that the item be returned to Christie Brown.
  • Christie Brown will be notified of the return once the item is on its way back to us.
  • Upon receiving the returned items, Christie Brown will process a refund for the amount of your order, minus the cost of returning the items and the original shipping fee.
