Returns
- You have 5 days from delivery to request a return.
- Upon receiving a return request approval, you have 10 business days to ship the item back to the CB warehouse. Items received outside this window will not be processed.
- The cost of shipping return is the responsibility of the client.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please follow steps in video.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, with all labels intact, and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Christie Brown does not offer refunds on purchases made.
Exchanges
- Christie Brown will exchange items for other products of equal value. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, a store credit will be issued for the difference. If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer will be charged the difference before the new order is shipped.

Defective Items
- If an item is defective, Christie Brown will recall the item and offer a full refund, including shipping and duty charges. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received, inspected, and confirmed as defective or not as described on our website.
