Where does Christie Brown ship to?
Christie Brown offers worldwide delivery to over 220 destinations via DHL Express and DHL Parcel, making our collections accessible across the globe.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days, and delivery takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
How can I track my Christie Brown shipment?
Once your order ships, DHL will contact you via SMS or email with your tracking number. If DHL On Demand Delivery is available in your area, you’ll also receive a link to manage your delivery preferences.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Yes, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local sales charges upon arrival. These fees are not included at checkout and vary by destination. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

What is Christie Brown’s return window?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, and returned with original packaging and labels intact.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email retail@christiebrownonline.com with your order number in the subject line and a short note on why you're returning or exchanging the item. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Will I receive a refund for returned items?
Returns are processed for store credit only, minus shipping costs. Refunds are only issued in the rare case of a defective or mis-described item.
Can I exchange my item for something else?
Yes, exchanges are available for items of equal or higher value. If the new item is priced higher, you’ll be charged the difference. If it's lower, store credit will be issued for the balance.
