Christie Brown Refund and Exchange Policy


  • You have 10 business days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Shipment charges or import duties paid are non-refundable.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, email with your order number in the subject line and the reason for your return or exchange. Our customer service team will confirm your request and guide you through the available options.
  • Returns received outside the 10-day window may not be processed or may only qualify for store credit.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, with all labels intact, and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • A store credit will be issued for the value of the returned items, minus the cost of shipping.

  • Christie Brown will exchange items for other products of equal value. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, a store credit will be issued for the difference. If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer will be charged the difference before the new order is shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on exchanges.
  • Christie Brown is not responsible for refunding duties and customs charges incurred on orders in the event of a return or exchange.
Defective Items
  • If an item is defective, Christie Brown will recall the item and offer a full refund, including shipping and duty charges. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received, inspected, and confirmed as defective or not as described on our website.
