Regular orders placed before 2pm GMT will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours via DHL. Delivery time: 3-5 business days. Pre-Order items will ship 2 weeks after receipt. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time. Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.
